A plane carrying 175 passengers landed safely at Belfast International Airport Tuesday morning after developing technical problems.
A spokesperson for Thomas Cook Airlines told NBC News, "We're pleased to confirm that flight TCX 8126, which turned back after developing technical problems, has now landed safely at Belfast International Airport. A replacement aircraft is on its way and we expect to get everyone off on their holidays to Tenerife this afternoon."
The Airbus A320 plane had taken off from Belfast, Ireland, for Tenerife in the Canary Islands.
